I’ve spent more than 20 years in carpentry and welding, with time in the Marine Corps and now serving as a firefighter in Conroe, TX. I love fixing things, solving problems, and making sure folks aren’t taken advantage of by contractors who cut corners. Southern Star Repair Co is my way of bringing honest, reliable handyman services to Huntsville and the surrounding communities. I may not always be the cheapest, but I’ll always do the job right the first time.

Amelia is the creative force behind Southern Star Studio. With a background as a professional prop artisan, she has built everything from theater sets to custom furniture. Today, she focuses on bringing that artistry into homes through custom décor, built-ins, furniture, and one-of-a-kind art. If you can dream it, there’s a good chance she can build it.
