One-Off Jobs

• If you just need a single small task (like replacing a doorknob or fixing a loose hinge), it’s covered by the $150 service fee.

• Quick jobs are included, no hidden add-ons.

Multiple Jobs / Line Items

• If you’d like extra work done (before or after arrival), each job is priced as an add-on line item based on the average time required

• This makes it easy to create a repair “punch list” and save money by handling everything in one visit

• Additional doorknob or lock replacement — from $35 each 

• Extra TV mount (same visit) — from $120 each

• Additional faucet replacement — from $100 each

• Ceiling fan install — from $140 each 

• Minor drywall patch & paint — from $95 per spot
